Mr. Robertson recovered $6,300,000 for the Four Turnberry Place Homeowners Association (HOA). The 50-story high rise tower in Las Vegas, Nevada had waterproofing, plumbing, concrete, mechanical, curtain wall, sound attenuation, and structural defects.



Beau Rivage Hotel Construction Litigation

Mr. Robertson represented the Beau Rivage & Casino Owner in construction litigation involving structural damages following Hurricane Katrina. Alexander Robertson also set up a makeshift camp complete with rented satellite phones, motor homes, and generators to conduct an investigation and provide onsite support.



Bellagio Construction LitigationMr. Robertson represented the Bellagio Hotel & Casino Owner in a construction defect lawsuit against the subcontractors and general contractor for leaking shower pans. The scope of the Robertson plan was large scale and involved his team of experts to destructively test 2,600 guest rooms for mold. The plan consisted of 109 showers being tested per floor on a seven day, 24-hour cycle day. The showers were rebuilt on all 26 floors of the structure.



Mr. Robertson represented the Trump Palace Owner against a drywall manufacturer in a $6,300,000 products liability case.



Hotel Erwin Construction Litigation

Mr. Robertson represented the Owner of the 120 room Hotel Erwin in a construction defect case, involving plumbing, structural, and waterproofing issues.
